D Paul says about the surname Bakshi Bakshi surname can be found among Kashmirirs and Bengalees, during Islamic rule this title was given by the Islamic ruler to their efficient employees, however both Hindus and Muslims have this surname. However mainly kashmiris and Bengalees have this surname.

Bansilal says about the surname Dhar Dhars are originated from Kashmir. Coincidently, some times ago I was reading a book about history of Bengal, there I found, during early mongol rule, many Kashmiris setteled down in Bengal, and Bengali Dhars are direct descendent of them. I guess same will be true for Gujarati Dhars. In fact,I have seen few Bengali and Gujarati Dhars, and they looks like Kashmiri. safaya, its not a place of joke, people are doing serious talking here.

Vkkaul says about the surname Arazbegi "arazbegi" is in fact a designation/post held or a title given by his highness the then maharaja of Jammu& kashmir to Pt. Raja kaul "Arazbegi" .He was private secretary and police/CID chief of then Mahraja of jammu & kashmir.In addition Pt. Raja kaul was a great persian poet , his collections can be seen under the pen name "Dairi"in J&K cultural Academy memoirs.The cultural academy has published his works "Diwan -I- Dairi" under pub no 78.His youngest son was late pt.Hari chand kaul (living at sathu barbarshah), who in fact helped in writing Diwan -i- Dairi.
