Ash Razdan says about the surname Razdan I have read about some non-kashmaris in India who have RAZDAN as the last name. I don't believe that the surname is 100% kashmiri.

Ashwani Kaul says about the surname Kaul Two variations of this name exist - Koul and Kaul. I am not aware of any difference between the two, but would like to know if there is a difference.
