Fotedar says Fotedar is the keeper of Jewels in royal courts. In short Fotedar are Royal people, i dont know why Sameer fotedar is so ashamed of it and is insulting his surname, Wise advice to him: CONVERT URSELF

Fotedar says Fotedar is a mix of Persian-Arabic and means a "keeper of jewels". So it is basically denotes a "Treasurer" in the Royal Courts. A lot of KP surnames are Persian-Arabic and Afghan (Pashtun) in origin. It has absolutely nothing to do with any animal part....As a fotedar, I am not sure why you would even think that!
