Akshay says i want to know that in kashmiri culture is it allowed to marry the girl of same surname. like boy's surname is koul and girls surname is also koul. . so is it allowed to marry person of same surname in kashmiri culture.

Pawan Kumar Pandita says All Hindus In Kashmir Are Known Or Called As Kasmiri Pandits That Is Why Pandita Is Well Known Or One Of The Common Or Popular SirName In Kahmir.Even Some Muslims(Converted By Force) Still Use Sir Name As Pandit.
